What
forms of payment do you accept for a stork rental?
Payment may be made by Master Card or Visa. Money orders are
accepted if received on or prior to the delivery date.
Are
reservations required?
Reservations are recommended but not required. A reservation will save you
time after the baby is born because we will already have the contact and
delivery information on file. All you will need to call us with is the
baby's name, weight, length, and birth date, and when you will be arriving
home. If you do not make a reservation, we request that you call and place
your order at least 24 hours before you would like your stork delivered.
(Please Note: A reservation is not a guarantee of stork
availability. However, we will make every attempt to accommodate your
requested delivery date.)
When should I make a reservation?
You
can make a reservation any time before the baby's estimated due date. Reservations can be taken
over the phone at (317) 826-0544 or use our Reservation
Form.
How
do your gift certificates work?
Gift certificates for our stork yard displays may be purchased to give as a gift to the new parents before the
baby is born. After we receive your order and payment, we will send you a
gift certificate in an envelope suitable for gift giving. It will include
instructions that the new parents can use after the baby is born to call in the
baby's name, etc. and schedule the stork set up date. Please call us at
(317) 826-0544 to purchase a gift certificate.
I'd
like to order a stork for someone else. How do I do this?
To
order a stork to be delivered to the new parents, please give us a call at (317)
826-0544 at least 24 hours before you would like the stork set up. We will
need to know your name, address, and phone number, the new parents' name and
address, and the new baby's name, weight, length, and birth date. We will
also deliver a gift card with personal message to the new parents. If you would
like to reserve a stork to be delivered to someone else and you know the
estimated due date, please call us at (317) 826-0544 or use our Reservation
Form.
Do you deliver in all types of
weather?
We
deliver in most weather conditions.
However, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the delivery if we
feel the weather would be a danger to the delivery person (i.e. tornado or
lightening or hazardous weather-related driving conditions) or if the forecast calls for high winds that would blow the display
out of the yard and risk injury to people or property.
We will contact you if the delivery is delayed or cancelled to reschedule
the delivery or refund the rental fee.
What
if I need to cancel an order?
You will receive a full refund if either of the following applies:
A) The rental is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
B) Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up the display.
Where do you deliver storks to?
We
deliver storks to the Indianapolis area and most areas in its surrounding
counties. Please call us at (317) 826-0544 or e-mail

What forms of
payment do you accept for a birthday or flamingo display?
Payment may be made by Master Card or Visa. Cash or
money orders are accepted if received on or prior to the delivery date.
What are your delivery and pick-up
times?
We deliver flamingo yard displays between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. to
surprise the recipient. Pick-ups for the flamingo yard displays occur on the same day after 8:00 p.m.
Birthday yard signs (cake and smiley
face) are usually delivered and picked up between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
How will my recipient know who sent
the yard display?
When we deliver the yard display, we will hang a card on their door that may
include your name unless you choose to remain anonymous.
How far in advance should I place my
order?
We recommend that you place an order for a yard display about a week in
advance. To place an order, please call us at (317) 826-0544 or use our Order
Form. Next day deliveries may be possible depending on availability.
