Reserve a Stork

To reserve a Stork Yard Sign, please complete this form any time before the baby's due date.  We will confirm your stork reservation and the price by e-mail as soon as possible.  

If you do not get an e-mail response to this form within 24 hours, please call us at (317) 826-0544, and we will take your order over the phone. 

Then give us a quick call at least 24 hours before the baby is scheduled to arrive home with baby's first and middle name, weight, length, and birth date, and we will schedule the stork delivery.  We will collect your credit card billing information at that time.  (Please Note:  A reservation is not a guarantee of stork availability.  However, we will make every attempt to accommodate your requested delivery date.)
